32" RUSTPROOFING WAND w/ 360-Degree Spray Tip - Designed to atomize & apply rust preventatives (e.g. RP-342 "Heavy & Black"), cavity coatings, etc. in hollow beams, frames, tubes and vehicle door panels. The tip has 6 holes spaced 60-degrees apart (360-degrees total) for complete coverage during application. Extremely durable, re-usable and easy-to-clean.

APPLICATION SETTINGS BY PRODUCT
Cosmoline RP-342 "Heavy" & "Black" (Military-Grade) Rust Preventatives
SETTINGS: To spray directly out of the gun, close the nozzle and set air pressure to 15 psi. When using the mist wand, open the wand 1 turn and allow 35 psi. Adjust as needed.
Industrial-Grade Cosmoline (Rust-Veto 342)
SETTINGS: To spray directly out of the gun, open the nozzle 3 turns and set air pressure to 20 psi. When using the undercoating wand, increase the pressure to 60 psi. Adjust as needed.
Cosmoline Black (Rust-Veto 344)
SETTINGS: To spray directly out of the gun, open the nozzle 3 turns and set air pressure to 20 psi. When using the undercoating wand, increase the pressure to 60 psi. Adjust as needed.
PLEASE NOTE: The viscosity of these products might change slightly due to changes in ambient temperature, humidity, etc. and some applications might demand thicker coats than others.
